Affiliate Programs part 2

I didn't mean for it to be so long in between posts, but I had a major pc problem which took me 9 days to fix. I started my taxes, watched the superbowl and finished my taxes this week. Whew!

When it comes to affiliate programs, there are many choices. You shouldn't decide which program to join or not to join on the bases of the commission percent alone. You should pick the best one/s for your customers. You can have more than one available on your site. Some affiliate advertisers, such as retail stores, may have strict limitations on who else’s links and banners can be displayed on the same page as theirs, but most are flexible and allow others with it. You can have different types of programs, ebooks, videos, audios, services etc.

If you are able to join more than one affiliate program, you are advised to do so. Many webmasters have found success by doing this. Imagine, if you could make money off of one affiliate program, how much money do you think you could make off of five or ten of them? When joining a number of different affiliate programs, it is advised that you carefully track all of your records and earnings. This is easy to do with one or two programs, but with more you may want to consider purchasing affiliate tracking software. These software programs are an easy way to keep track of your earnings.

To make the most out of affiliate programs, you are advised to take the time to find the right one. Many webmasters sign up for the first affiliate program they come across. While all affiliate programs may be able to generate money, some will perform better than others. By finding & using these programs, you should be able to make a substantial amount of money if used properly.

Here are few affiliate programs you may want to join. I'll list more in the future as I have time. these don't require any web site info to join or be approved so you may want to start with them. Once you have a website up you can apply to some others I will give you.

Clickbank - Mostly ebooks and some downloadable software. High commission percent and thousands of products.

Traffic Swarm - Get free traffic by surfing and earning points to show your website.

One of my favorites - Joe Bucks - Niche affiliate sites for health products. High commission on hot health products people want and need.
